- • As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Hims & Hers, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and driving organizational effectiveness within our dynamic Product and Creative departments. This is a strategic position where you will serve as the primary People partner, collaborating closely with Directors and Senior Directors to ensure their teams are not only aligned with our overarching mission but are also high-performing and exceptionally equipped to achieve our ambitious product roadmap.
- • Your core responsibility will be to foster a culture of collaboration, performance, and continuous development. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding leaders through complex people-related challenges and opportunities. This role demands a professional with extensive and advanced HR experience, capable of independently resolving intricate issues and serving as a subject matter expert for your stakeholders.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to partner with Product and Creative leaders to meticulously refine roles and responsibilities, particularly within the critical "Triangle of Execution." You will facilitate a clear understanding of the "why," "how," and "when" of project delivery, aiming to significantly reduce friction and accelerate the pace of innovation and execution.
- • You will provide essential coaching and advisory services to frontline managers and Directors, focusing on critical areas such as performance management, fostering robust career development pathways, and enhancing team dynamics. Your coaching will be instrumental in helping emerging leaders navigate the complexities and rapid growth inherent in a scaling organization like Hims & Hers.
- • Driving the execution of our performance culture is paramount. This involves leading the semi-annual performance review process for your assigned groups, ensuring that high-performing talent is consistently recognized, celebrated, and appropriately rewarded for their contributions.
- • You will be instrumental in workforce execution, assisting leaders with strategic team structure planning and headcount forecasting. Your efforts will ensure that hiring and retention strategies are tightly aligned with our overarching goal of elevating our AI-powered personalized care experience, a cornerstone of our business.
- • A significant part of your role will involve independently analyzing and resolving complex employee relations matters and identifying and addressing organizational bottlenecks within the Product and Creative teams. Your proactive approach will contribute to a smoother, more efficient operational environment.
- • You will serve as the primary "go-to" resource for all People-related matters within your assigned functions. This includes effectively translating overarching People Team priorities into actionable, department-specific goals that resonate with and are achievable by your stakeholders.
- • Influencing diverse audiences, from highly analytical Product Managers to visionary Designers, will be a crucial skill. You will adeptly guide these stakeholders towards adopting best practices in talent management and fostering a healthy, productive organizational environment.
- • Collaboration will extend beyond your direct stakeholders. You will partner closely with other HR Business Partners and the Recruiting team to guarantee a seamless, end-to-end talent experience for the business groups you support, ensuring consistency and excellence across the employee lifecycle.
