- • You will be instrumental in translating customer business objectives into technical strategies, ensuring they maximize the value derived from GitLab's capabilities, including cutting-edge products like Duo Enterprise and Duo Agent Platform.

- • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that may arise during implementation or ongoing usage.

- • Collaborate with the sales team during the pre-sales process to articulate the value proposition of GitLab's professional services and assist in scoping engagements.
