📋 Description

• As Executive Producer: Wargaming & Simulations at Battle Road, a division of Onebrief Inc., you will lead the development and execution of AtomEngine — a proprietary, cloud-based game engine that simulates planet Earth in real time to support mission-critical government operations, disaster response, and large-scale events like LA28. This role sits at the unique intersection of defense technology, real-time simulation, and startup innovation, where your leadership ensures that complex, high-stakes programs are delivered with precision, scalability, and reliability under pressure.
• You will architect the operating system that enables predictable execution and intelligent scaling of government programs, translating visionary concepts into pragmatic, deployable solutions. By working closely with engineering, product, and creative leadership, you will unify cross-functional teams around a shared roadmap, ensuring alignment between technical feasibility, user needs, and strategic objectives. Your ownership spans the full product lifecycle — from initial concept and prototyping through development, testing, deployment, and iteration — making you a central decision-maker alongside Product and Engineering counterparts.
• Day to day, you will build and lead high-performing teams by applying the Pareto Principle to identify and empower top talent, fostering an ego-free, interdisciplinary culture where diverse backgrounds collaborate to solve novel problems. You will steward complex, multi-stakeholder client programs at the executive level, bridging the worlds of gaming, defense, and government by acting as a trusted advisor and active listener who translates customer needs into product innovation. Your high EQ and strategic communication skills will be essential in earning trust, driving adoption, and evangelizing the platform among military and government users.
• You will embrace experimentation and continuous learning in this emerging field, encouraging teams to challenge assumptions, iterate rapidly, and learn from both successes and setbacks. 🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of program management experience in software development
• 3+ years leading $MM-scale programs in U.S. federal or defense environments
• Active or prior U.S. security clearance (or eligibility)
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to federal contract requirements
