• • As an HR Business Partner, Senior at Web.com Group, Inc., you will play a strategic role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness across a global web technology company serving millions of customers through brands like Bluehost, HostGator, and Domain.com.
• • Day to day, you will partner with business leaders and the HRBP Manager to guide performance management cycles, support talent strategies including workforce planning and succession planning, advise on organizational design and change management, act as a first point of contact for employee relations, utilize HR metrics for data-driven insights, and provide coaching and administrative support to leaders.
• • You will join Newfold Digital’s HR team within a leading web technology company known for its prominent portfolio of go-to-market brands, where the culture emphasizes the intersection of people, customers, and brands to deliver digital presence solutions.
