- • Cytora, now part of Applied Systems, Inc., a global leader in insurance technology, is expanding its People Team and seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our UK-based remote workforce.
- • As a key member of the People Team, you will play a crucial role in the development, administration, and delivery of comprehensive HR solutions and programs that underpin Cytora and Applied Systems' human capital strategy and people practices.
- • This encompasses a wide array of critical HR functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, fostering a positive company culture and effective communications, managing employee relations, overseeing benefits and compensation, and ensuring smooth HR operations.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to provide essential consulting and support to our People Business Partner Team, enabling them to drive impactful people and organization development initiatives across the business.
- • You will actively assist the Cytora People Business Partner in the strategic development and implementation of HR initiatives, ensuring they are seamlessly aligned with the overarching business strategy and objectives.
- • This support extends to various day-to-day HR-related functions and tasks, including but not limited to, assisting with talent acquisition processes, managing employee life cycle changes from onboarding to offboarding, conducting data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance, and providing timely status updates on HR projects.
- • Collaboration is key; you will work closely with other members of the People Team to fulfill requests efficiently and effectively.
- • This collaborative effort may involve submitting and diligently monitoring requests, preparing and disseminating essential offboarding information, generating and distributing crucial reports, and proactively following up with our North American team members on various People Team-related topics to ensure seamless cross-functional communication and execution.
- • You will be instrumental in creating and refining presentation materials to effectively support the People Business Partners in their strategic discussions and communications.
- • A significant part of your role will involve responding to inquiries from People Team members, leaders, and general team members on behalf of the People Business Partners, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.
- • You will contribute to the development and implementation of robust HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date, compliant with UK employment law, and effectively communicated to the workforce.
- • You will provide valuable support to the employee relations team, assisting with performance management documentation, diligent follow-up on action items, and meticulous record-keeping to maintain a clear and organized system.
- • Beyond administrative tasks, you will help to plan and coordinate engaging regular team events, liaising with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful and memorable occasions.
- • A core aspect of your contribution will be to actively promote a positive, open, and inclusive work environment where all team members feel empowered to voice their concerns, share innovative ideas, and contribute to a thriving company culture.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology) or equivalent professional experience.
- • Demonstrated working knowledge across multiple HR disciplines, including HR operations, talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, employee relations, and UK employment law.
- • Experience with one or more HRIS systems; experience with UKG is a significant advantage.
- • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, results-oriented, and collaborative work environment.
- • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.
- • Comfort and willingness to utilize LLM tools to enhance productivity and impact in HR tasks.
