  • • You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical implementation of AI-powered applications, including chatbots, knowledge assistants, and other digital solutions. This involves configuring, programming, and developing these systems to meet specific client requirements and industry best practices.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be leading the design and development of multiple AI and bot applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. You will work with both generative and legacy AI models, optimizing and maintaining them to ensure they meet evolving business needs.
  • • You will implement and enhance sophisticated AI-driven services, such as advanced knowledge assistant engines and conversational intelligence platforms, directly impacting client operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • • Beyond technical execution, you will play a crucial role in project management, collaborating closely with project managers to design and oversee the complete rollout of client solutions. This includes managing the system lifecycle, change control processes, and conducting thorough risk analyses for enterprise-level deployments.
