  • • This exciting, challenging, and rewarding opportunity is for an HR Generalist who will provide comprehensive support to several key functional groups at our headquarters, including Supply Chain HQ, Real Estate and Facilities, and Sales Enablement. The role also involves contributing to special projects, offering a broad and impactful experience within the HR function.
  • • This position is approved for remote work across the United States, with a preference for candidates located in the Eastern Time zone, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
  • • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Serve as a primary HR partner, collaborating closely with people managers, HR Business Partners, the HR Director, AskHR, and the Employee Programs Group (EPG) to ensure seamless HR operations and support.
  • • Liaise effectively with Talent Acquisition and our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partners to manage recruiting statuses, secure necessary approvals, and facilitate a smooth hiring process.
  • • Provide essential administrative support to managers, acting as a knowledgeable HR partner within Workday, our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), to manage employee data and processes accurately.
  • • Offer dedicated support for Leave of Absences, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and contribute to compensation recommendations, aligning with company guidelines and market competitiveness.
  • • Proactively identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in HR processes, developing and recommending innovative solutions to management and HR Business Partners to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • • Analyze HR data, prepare comprehensive reports for the Functional leadership team, and present findings to inform strategic decision-making.
  • • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs in partnership with HRBPs, educating managers, supervisors, and associates on critical HR priorities, new initiatives, and policy updates.
  • • Stay current with evolving HR legislation, policy amendments, and interpretational changes affecting human resources and employer/employee relations, ensuring the organization remains compliant and informed.
  • • Educate and train People Managers on HR best practices, compliance requirements, and company policies to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • • Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating a strong commitment to compliance and legal matters, ensuring all HR practices adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
  • • Raise and communicate important HR-related topics, concerns, and potential issues to the appropriate HRBP, HRD, or EPG for timely resolution and strategic alignment.
  • • Contribute to special projects as assigned, leveraging HR expertise to drive organizational initiatives and improvements.
  • • Maintain a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions, safeguarding sensitive employee information with tact and courtesy.
  • • Foster strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders across various departments, contributing to both personal and team efficiency and collaboration.
  • • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address HR challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • • Demonstrate excellent follow-up skills to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time, maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.
  • • Apply business intuition to understand the broader organizational context and how HR initiatives impact business objectives.
  • • Leverage strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to articulate HR policies, provide guidance, and build rapport with associates at all levels.
  • • Listen attentively to the ideas and concerns of others, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to understanding diverse perspectives.
  • • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft products, with a particular emphasis on Excel, as testing will be required to assess analytical and data manipulation capabilities.
  • • Gain hands-on experience with Workday or a comparable HRIS system, contributing to the efficient management of HR data and processes.
  • • Embrace a culture of continuous learning and development, staying abreast of HR trends and best practices to enhance professional growth and contribution to the company.
