- • The HR Generalist (US) role at NewEra Technologies Ltd. is critical to supporting the US-based team by managing core HR functions that ensure smooth operations, compliance, and employee experience. - • Day-to-day responsibilities include administering onboarding and offboarding processes, managing personnel changes and terminations, answering employee and manager inquiries about HR policies and procedures, maintaining accurate and confidential HR records, participating in new hire orientation, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, conducting periodic HR file audits, and acting as a liaison with external benefits providers for health, disability, and retirement plans.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2-4 years’ experience as an HR Generalist (US)
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
- • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- • SHRM-CP or related HR certification is a plus
