• • As a Recruitment Consultant at Wilson Human Capital Group, Inc., you will serve as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, playing an integral role in delivering top talent to meet clients’ critical hiring needs through cutting-edge recruitment strategies and market intelligence.
• • Day to day, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle—identifying and assessing candidates, conducting phone screens, facilitating interviews, gathering feedback, building and maintaining a strong candidate network, developing proactive sourcing strategies for passive and active talent, presenting qualified candidates, consulting with hiring managers on selections and compensation, maintaining client and candidate relationships, meeting weekly and monthly submit and hire goals, and updating applicant tracking system reports and administrative records.
