  • • The Instructional Designer II is responsible for creating, updating, and delivering training material for both online and classroom learning, playing a key role in developing Niagara Bottling’s workforce capabilities and supporting its mission to provide high-quality, affordable bottled water.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and developing multimedia learning courses for the company’s learning management system, assisting with video and audio production, maintaining media repositories, collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, designing learning solutions for manufacturing employees, evaluating training program effectiveness, and providing technical training to staff on media and graphics software.

  • • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in instructional design, multimedia production, and learning management systems while gaining experience in curriculum development, technical training, and cross-functional collaboration. They will have the opportunity to influence training strategies, lead peer contributors, and grow professionally in a supportive environment that values initiative, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • • 2 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment
  • • 2 years of experience in an instructional design or training-related position
  • • 2 years of experience managing people or projects
  • • Proficiency in Articulate 360 Suite, Vyond, Camtasia, Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and SharePoint), and Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, and Captivate)
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail orientation, and excellent oral and written communication abilities
