- • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with Span’s recruiting initiatives to support hiring for engineering, product, and operations roles.
- • Guide candidates through the interview process by providing timely communication, status updates, and clear instructions at each stage.
- • Review applicant resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for initial screening.
- • Schedule phone screens and coordinate interview calendars with hiring managers and candidates.
- • Represent Span at campus recruiting events, career fairs, and professional networking gatherings in Bengaluru.
- • Support employer branding and talent marketing campaigns to attract high-potential candidates to Span’s open roles.
- • Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics in ATS or HR systems.
- • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- • Assist with onboarding preparation for new hires, including documentation coordination and orientation logistics.
- • Contribute to improving recruitment workflows by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting process enhancements.
- • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with team priorities.
- • Participate in team meetings to provide updates on recruitment progress and candidate feedback.
- • Help organize and promote internal referral programs to expand the pool of qualified applicants.
- • Support the creation of job postings, candidate outreach messages, and social media content for recruitment channels.
- • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies during all recruitment activities.
- • Maintain a professional and personable communication style when interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with multiple concurrent hiring needs.
- • Contribute to building a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline aligned with Span’s values of innovation and sustainability.
🎯 Requirements
- • Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- • Experience using G Suite or Microsoft Office Suite
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
