- • As the HR Lead for NIRA at Tilth, you will lead People Operations for the India business, playing a critical role in building a compliant, scalable, and employee-centric HR function that supports the company’s mission to expand access to fair credit through innovative financial products.
- • You will own end-to-end HR operations in India, including payroll, benefits administration, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, employment law), onboarding, performance management, and employee development, while serving as the trusted HR partner for employees and managers across the organization.
- • You will lead and develop a small local HR team, partner closely with India leadership and the global People team to align hiring, scaling, and people strategies, and ensure HR data integrity and reporting accuracy to support business decisions.
- • In this role, you will gain deep exposure to global HR practices, influence people strategy at a fast-growing fintech, and develop leadership and coaching skills while contributing to a mission-driven culture that values impact, integrity, and inclusive growth.
