  • • As the HR Manager at Sine Engineering Inc.'s Tampere office, you will be the cornerstone of our employee experience, ensuring seamless operations and fostering a positive, compliant, and supportive work environment. This pivotal role is instrumental in upholding Sine Engineering's commitment to its people, mirroring the innovation and dedication we apply to our cutting-edge radio communication and navigation systems. You will be the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters in Finland, bridging the gap between our global vision and local execution.
  • • Your responsibilities will span the entire employee lifecycle. You will meticulously manage the onboarding process, ensuring that new team members are not only legally integrated but also feel welcomed and set up for success from day one. This includes preparing all necessary documentation, coordinating introductions, and providing essential information about company policies and culture. Equally important is the offboarding process, handled with professionalism and respect, ensuring all administrative and legal requirements are met while maintaining a positive final impression of Sine Engineering.
  • • A critical aspect of your role will be the meticulous maintenance of employee records and HR documentation. You will be the guardian of this sensitive information, ensuring absolute compliance with Finnish labor laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies. This requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to staying updated on any legislative changes that might affect our operations.
  • • You will play a key role in the administration of our payroll, compensation, and benefits programs. This involves working closely with relevant parties to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, managing employee inquiries related to their pay, and administering the various benefits packages offered to our team. Your expertise will ensure that our employees feel valued and fairly compensated.
  • • Supporting the performance review cycles and employee development is another vital function. You will assist managers and employees in setting clear goals, facilitating constructive performance discussions, and identifying opportunities for professional growth and development. This proactive approach to talent management is crucial for retaining our top talent and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • • Addressing employee relations issues will require a blend of empathy, discretion, and a strong understanding of conflict resolution. You will act as a mediator, providing guidance and support to resolve workplace conflicts and foster a harmonious and productive atmosphere. Your ability to build trust and communicate effectively at all levels will be paramount.
  • • You will be responsible for the local implementation of corporate HR policies, ensuring they are adapted and applied in accordance with Finnish legal requirements. This involves translating global strategies into practical, local actions, and ensuring full compliance across the board.
  • • Beyond administrative duties, you will be instrumental in enhancing employee engagement. This includes organizing team events, social gatherings, and other activities designed to strengthen team cohesion, boost morale, and reinforce our company culture. Creating opportunities for connection and collaboration is key to our success.
  • • Maintaining the highest standards of security and confidentiality is non-negotiable. You will ensure that all HR-related information and processes adhere to strict security protocols, protecting both the company and our employees.
  • • Furthermore, you will manage essential employment contracts, meticulously track leave entitlements, and oversee all other administrative HR documentation, ensuring everything is accurate, up-to-date, and legally sound.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the HR function within a rapidly growing, innovative technology company. You will be empowered to implement new processes, contribute to strategic HR initiatives, and make a tangible impact on the employee experience at Sine Engineering Inc. in Tampere. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of building the infrastructure for the multi-million-drone era, safeguarding humanity through advanced technology.
