📋 Description

• HR Manager role at Reach Logistics, a Pattern company, to lead HR functions at the newest facility in North Las Vegas, NV, supporting rapid growth and shaping a healthy, engaging culture for over 1,700 global employees.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include leading site HR department functions, providing hands-on support in onboarding, benefits, payroll, leave administration, performance management, employee relations, and enforcing company policies and practices.
• Part of a global eCommerce logistics and strategy company with 7 warehouses across 5 countries, shipping 60M units annually and partnering with major brands on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and more.
• Opportunity to champion best-in-class HR strategy, drive employee engagement, and contribute to organizational success during a period of exponential growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading HR department functions at a facility or site level
• Hands-on expertise in onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, leave management, performance management, and employee relations
• Ability to enforce company policies and practices effectively
• Experience supporting rapid organizational growth and shaping workplace culture
• Background in HR within logistics, eCommerce, or related industries (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for employee engagement and relations
