- • As an HR Operations Analyst at Tebra Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping and optimizing our Human Resources functions through meticulous data analysis and process enhancement. This role is pivotal in ensuring our HR operations are efficient, accurate, and strategically aligned with Tebra's mission to unlock better healthcare for independent practices.
- • You will serve as a subject matter expert, diving deep into HR data to uncover actionable insights that drive informed decision-making across the People Team and beyond. Your analytical prowess will be key to identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement within our HR systems and processes.
- • A core responsibility will be the enhancement of HR processes and systems. This involves proactively identifying areas ripe for improvement, leveraging data analysis and industry best practices to propose and implement solutions. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including People Operations, Total Rewards, People Business Partners, and Talent, to ensure seamless integration and adoption of these enhancements.
- • You will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including job aids and data dictionaries, to foster knowledge sharing and ensure consistency in HR operations and reporting.
- • In terms of HRIS Management, you will be the go-to expert for our Workday system, with a specific focus on its Reporting, Benefits, Payroll, and HCM modules. Your role will involve ensuring the integrity and accuracy of HR data through regular audits and diligent maintenance.
- • You will actively support Workday business processes, configuration, and data maintenance, ensuring that our HRIS accurately reflects our workforce and supports our strategic objectives.
- • Partnering with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams, you will analyze existing processes, pinpoint data gaps, and implement system and reporting enhancements to streamline operations and improve data quality.
- • A significant aspect of your role will be supporting HRIS integrations with various vendors and auxiliary systems, such as Greenhouse, Netsuite, and Adaptive, ensuring smooth data flow and system interoperability.
- • You will also play a crucial role in supporting Workday upgrades, testing, and release management, ensuring that new features and functionalities are effectively implemented and adopted by the organization.
- • Managing HRIS projects from inception to completion will be a key duty, encompassing requirements gathering, process mapping, functional design, deployment, and the creation and administration of training materials.
- • Your responsibilities will extend to Compliance & Auditing, where you will assist in ensuring that all HR data adheres to internal policies and external regulations. You will also support internal and external HR audits by providing the necessary data and documentation, ensuring Tebra remains compliant.
- • In Data Analysis & Reporting, you will collect, clean, and analyze HR data from diverse sources to identify critical trends, patterns, and insights. You will be the guardian of data accuracy, governance, and integrity across all HR systems, integrations, and reporting outputs.
- • You will design, develop, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics covering key HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, time-to-hire, diversity, and compensation. These insights will be crucial for supporting strategic HR initiatives and overall business objectives.
- • Preparing and presenting data-driven reports to HR leadership and other stakeholders will be a regular part of your role, requiring you to offer clear interpretations and actionable recommendations.
- • Finally, you will contribute to Ad-Hoc Projects, providing analytical support for critical initiatives like compensation reviews, benefits analysis, and organizational design efforts, demonstrating your versatility and commitment to supporting the broader People Operations function.
