- • As an HR Operations Analyst at Tebra Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping and optimizing our human resources processes, driving data-informed decision-making, and ensuring the efficiency and integrity of our HR systems.
- • This role is pivotal in acting as a subject matter expert, focusing on the collection, analysis, and interpretation of critical HR data to generate actionable insights that support a wide array of HR initiatives and strategic objectives.
- • You will be a key contributor to enhancing our HR infrastructure, collaborating closely with the People Team and other departments to implement robust process improvements and automation solutions.
- • A significant part of your responsibility will involve maintaining the accuracy and reliability of our HR data, ensuring its integrity through regular audits and meticulous maintenance within our HRIS platforms.
- • You will serve as the go-to subject matter expert (SME) for Workday, with a deep focus on its Reporting, Benefits, Payroll, and HCM modules, ensuring seamless operation and effective utilization.
- • Your expertise will be crucial in supporting Workday business processes, contributing to its configuration, and managing data maintenance across Benefits, Payroll, and HCM functionalities.
- • You will partner proactively with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to dissect existing processes, pinpoint data gaps, and implement enhancements to both systems and reporting capabilities.
- • A key aspect of the role involves supporting and managing HRIS integrations with various vendors and auxiliary systems, such as Greenhouse, Netsuite, and Adaptive, ensuring smooth data flow and system interoperability.

- • The HR Operations Analyst will lead HRIS projects from inception to completion, encompassing detailed requirements gathering, comprehensive process mapping, functional design, successful deployment, and the creation of essential training materials and administration guides.
- • You will contribute to ensuring that all HR data adheres to both internal policies and external regulatory requirements, maintaining a strong focus on compliance and data governance.

- • Designing, developing, and maintaining a suite of Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics will be a primary function, catering to HR, Finance, and executive teams.
- • These reports will cover critical metrics such as turnover rates, headcount, time-to-hire, diversity statistics, and compensation benchmarks, directly supporting strategic HR initiatives and overarching business objectives.
- • You will be tasked with preparing and presenting clear, data-driven reports to HR leadership and other stakeholders, translating complex data into understandable interpretations and actionable recommendations.
- • The role also involves supporting and collaborating on various cross-functional projects, working closely with teams such as People Operations, Total Rewards, People Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition.
- • You will provide essential analytical support for critical HR functions, including compensation reviews, benefits analysis, and organizational design efforts, contributing to Tebra's strategic workforce planning.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Workday administration and configuration experience, with a strong emphasis on reporting, analytics, and functional support across Benefits, Payroll, and HCM modules.
- • Proven ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present significant amounts of information with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- • Extensive experience with Workday Report Writer, including the creation of complex Calculated Fields, Dashboards, and Discovery Boards.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- • Solid understanding of core HR principles, practices, and relevant employment laws.
- • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred.
- • Demonstrated experience in implementing process improvement methodologies.
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas) or Google Sheets is highly preferred.
- • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau is highly desirable.
- • Workday certification(s) in Reporting or HCM is preferred.
