- • Own the end-to-end execution of People Operations for a globally distributed workforce, managing employee lifecycle events including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, benefits, and HR system updates.
- • Partner with the People team to deliver key programs such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, compensation cycles, and probation tracking with accuracy and consistency.
- • Design, build, and improve HR workflows, processes, and self-service experiences to reduce manual effort, increase clarity, and enhance the employee experience.
- • Maintain accurate and actionable people data in BambooHR, ensuring systems are up-to-date and supporting reporting needs to provide visibility across the organization.
- • Ensure all People Operations remain compliant, audit-ready, and well-documented across employee records, training, and legal requirements.
- • Coordinate closely with Finance, IT, People Partners, and external vendors to streamline payroll inputs, EOR processes, benefits administration, and vendor management.
- • Proactively identify friction points in employee or manager experiences and lead initiatives to simplify, automate, or redesign processes for greater efficiency and humanity.
- • Leverage technology, automation, and data to eliminate repetitive tasks and create scalable solutions that support Masabi’s growth without increasing operational burden.
- • Act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, systems, and procedures, providing empathetic and timely support.
- • Contribute to building a people operations function that scales with the company, balancing structure with flexibility to meet the needs of a remote, international team.
- • Stay informed on evolving HR best practices and adapt processes to align with EMEA employment standards and Masabi’s evolving culture.
- • Support the implementation of new HR tools and systems with a focus on user adoption, training, and continuous improvement.
- • Maintain organized documentation for all HR operations, ensuring transparency and ease of reference for internal teams and external auditors.
- • Contribute to the development of inclusive and accessible HR practices that support diverse and neurodivergent employees.
- • Participate in monthly social gatherings funded by the company and help foster a connected, authentic workplace culture across time zones.
- • Use up to €1000 annually for professional development and apply €200 toward home office setup to ensure optimal remote work conditions.
- • Operate with autonomy and initiative, identifying gaps in processes and taking ownership of solutions without waiting for direction.
- • Balance attention to detail with strategic thinking, ensuring operational excellence while keeping the employee experience at the center of every decision.
