- • As an HR & Payroll Specialist (Polish Payroll) at Strada, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing for employees in Poland, directly supporting the company’s mission to simplify international workforce management through people-first solutions.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing payroll lists, calculating salaries, generating PIT reports and settlement documents for ZUS, updating and maintaining payroll procedures and documentation, and participating in payroll-related projects that contribute to process improvements and compliance.
- • You will join a global team at Strada, a leader in people, payroll, and technology operating in 180+ countries, where innovation, accountability, and collaboration are core values that drive how we support workforces to perform at their best.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Polish payroll regulations, gain hands-on experience with SAP and Płatnik software, enhance your analytical and MS Excel skills, and grow professionally through career development opportunities within a diverse, inclusive, and supportive organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 2–3 years of experience in a payroll-related position
- • Very good knowledge of Polish payroll regulations
- • Fluent knowledge of English (minimum B2 level)
- • Knowledge of SAP and advanced MS Excel skills
- • Familiarity with Płatnik software
- • Social insurance knowledge
