📋 Description

• Partner with employees across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience at every stage.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members to foster psychological safety, identify emerging challenges early, and co-create solutions with business leaders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for teams on matters related to development, interpersonal dynamics, and overall employee experience.
• Analyze qualitative insights gathered from employee conversations to detect systemic risks and translate them into actionable process improvements and HR initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with team managers to help them understand team dynamics, support healthy team climates, and respond proactively to potential people-related issues.
• Initiate and lead people-focused projects that enhance employee engagement, improve team effectiveness, and strengthen organizational culture.
• Manage key HR milestones including probation periods, performance management cycles, and transition phases with consistency and empathy.
• Build trusted, confidential relationships with employees at all levels, enabling open dialogue about concerns, growth opportunities, and workplace challenges.
• Apply HR metrics and data-driven insights to inform decisions, moving beyond symptoms to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Navigate sensitive topics with calmness, structure, and emotional intelligence, ensuring respectful and psychologically safe interactions.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, scaling environment where change is constant and ownership of outcomes is expected.
• Support a team of approximately 60 specialists within UniCore, the internal function that integrates HR, Talent Acquisition, PR&Communications, Employee Experience, Learning & Development, Strategy & Growth, and Finance & Legal.
• Contribute to building the foundational systems, processes, and culture that enable Universe Group’s portfolio companies to scale globally.
• Work within a product-driven tech ecosystem where rapid growth, innovation, and transformation are core to daily operations.
• Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on people-related matters, aligning HR practices with business objectives and organizational evolution.
• Maintain high levels of empathy and emotional maturity while delivering honest, direct, and constructive feedback.
• Ensure all HR practices are delivered with fairness, consistency, and alignment to company values and legal standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an HR People Partner
• Practical experience managing the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, development, retention, and offboarding
• Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, scaling environments with frequent change and ambiguity
• Strong ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes
• High emotional intelligence and ability to communicate honestly and directly
• Experience handling sensitive topics with calmness, structure, and psychological safety
• Understanding of HR metrics and ability to use data to drive decisions
