You will collaborate closely with various Raytheon HR teams, leaders within Centers of Excellence (COEs), and key stakeholders across different business units. This involves understanding different perspectives and aligning efforts towards common goals.

In support of the HR for HR lead, you will proactively plan, organize, and facilitate key HR events, including in-depth strategic reviews and extended staff meetings.
