HR Services Advisor - Swedish Labor Law

📋 Description

• • Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries throughout the entire employee lifecycle for workers located in Sweden, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
• • Coordinate daily HR activities between clients, In-Country Experts, and workers to deliver end-to-end employment services with full ownership of quality and service standards.
• • Support the delivery and implementation of HR processes including employee handbooks, policies, and procedures in compliance with Swedish labor law.
• • Assist in developing, maintaining, and reviewing employment contracts to ensure legal compliance and alignment with local regulations.
• • Collaborate with HR Services Manager on complex HR issues and projects requiring specialized knowledge of Swedish employment practices.
• • Manage offboarding procedures for voluntary and involuntary exits, including retirements, ensuring all legal and administrative requirements are met.
• • Work with benefit providers to design and maintain legally compliant benefit packages tailored to Swedish workforce requirements.
• • Provide payroll-related support as needed, ensuring accuracy and alignment with local statutory obligations.
• • Deliver proactive, consultative HR services to Embedded clients (resellers) and HR Consulting clients, anticipating needs and mitigating risks before they arise.
• • Maintain high standards of communication and documentation in both Swedish and English when interacting with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
• • Utilize HRIS platforms to manage employee data and workflows, with familiarity with Salesforce being advantageous.
• • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment.
• • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR service delivery by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions that enhance client satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
• • Ensure all HR operations adhere strictly to Swedish labor and employment legislation, minimizing legal exposure for clients and the company.
• • Foster collaborative relationships across global teams to support client needs and align HR practices with Safeguard Global’s international standards.
• • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to produce reports, correspondence, and documentation required for HR service delivery.
