- • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for GEO workers and client representatives, delivering legally compliant support across the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
- • Advise clients on performance management, promotions, career development, and compensation benchmarking with a consultative and proactive approach.
- • Provide tailored HR guidance and solutions to Embedded (reseller) and HR Consulting clients, anticipating needs and mitigating risks through strategic advice.
- • Develop, manage, and maintain all employment contracts (starters, leavers, extensions, transfers) and HR documentation such as confirmations, salary/title changes, probation extensions, and renewals, ensuring strict legal compliance.
- • Monitor key HR dates including probation periods and contract expirations, taking timely action to ensure continuity and compliance.
- • Ensure ongoing adherence to local labor laws, GDPR, and internal controls by maintaining and updating HR policies, employee handbooks, and process documentation.
- • Support work permit processes including applications, renewals, and cancellations in collaboration with legal and immigration partners, escalating complex legal or compliance risks to senior leadership.
- • Collaborate with payroll and benefits providers to ensure accurate and timely compensation, tax submissions, and social security filings across multiple jurisdictions.
- • Generate monthly HR reports and respond to ad hoc client or internal data requests, maintaining accurate employee records aligned with audit and data retention requirements.
- • Lead HR projects such as employee transitions, organizational changes, and terminations, identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements to reduce compliance risks and enhance service delivery.
- • Coach client managers and internal stakeholders on HR best practices, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to align HR operations.
- • Promote positive employee experience through effective onboarding, regular check-ins, and offboarding, supporting engagement initiatives like satisfaction surveys and acting as an escalation point for grievances and conflict resolution.
- • Stay current on employment law updates and HR compliance requirements in supported countries, researching and adopting best practices to enhance client and worker experiences.
- • Manage TUPE transfers end-to-end, ensuring full legal compliance and seamless employee transitions during business transfers or service provision changes.
- • Maintain accurate HRIS records and leverage global HR tools to streamline operations and support data-driven decision-making.
- • Participate in global and local HR initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement efforts and organizational development.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4-6 years of proven experience in HR management or HR business partnering, preferably in an international or Employer of Record (EOR) context
- • Strong working knowledge of local and international labor laws, employment practices, and HR compliance — UK & Ireland experience preferred
- • Experience of managing TUPE transfer is mandatory
- • Experience in advising on complicated Employment Relations Issues
- • Experience with global HRIS platforms and HR tools
- • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
