📋 Description

• • As an HR Services Senior Representative at Solventum, you will support the full employee life cycle—from onboarding and promotions to transfers, pay changes, and separations—by resolving HR, payroll, benefits, stock, and policy inquiries through web tickets and phone calls, ensuring compliance with legal, statutory, and local business requirements across countries.
• • You will partner with clients to improve HR processes by recommending solutions, identifying escalation trends, and driving process improvements while maintaining adherence to SLAs and collaborating with HR SMEs, vendors and internal and internal and external vendors to resolve complex issues and enhance service delivery.
