• • The HR Strategic Projects & Enablement Lead partners with the Global Head of HR to deliver strategic workforce programs that support company goals, including employment branding, early career initiatives, university partnerships, rotational programs, talent mapping, and special projects.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering insights on early career trends and executive market dynamics, providing quarterly executive briefings, aligning campus and leadership hiring pipelines with future workforce needs, managing university partnerships and student organization relationships, overseeing global recruitment processes for reinsurance roles, developing dashboards for program metrics and forecasting, converting insights into actionable strategies, and promoting Arch as an employer of choice through employer branding and culture initiatives.
