• • The Senior Advisor, Talent Acquisition Sourcing at CareAccess Inc. owns enterprise sourcing strategy, designing scalable, data-informed approaches to build high-quality talent pipelines, increase funnel efficiency, and reduce time-to-fill across clinical, technical, and corporate functions.
• • Day to day, the role involves designing and executing sourcing strategies, partnering with recruiters and business leaders to forecast hiring demand, building and maintaining active and passive talent pipelines, establishing relationships with universities and professional associations, leading talent mapping initiatives, owning sourcing funnel performance metrics, developing dashboards for pipeline health and diversity, and optimizing sourcing tools and outreach strategies.
