- • The ServiceNow HRSD Business Process Architect leads, coaches, and mentors a team of Senior Business Analysts to capture customer business processes and desired outcomes, managing complex enterprise-level projects within the Service Delivery organization.
- • Day to day, the role involves facilitating executive-level workshops, conducting process definition and mapping sessions, defining customer needs, developing strategies and plans, collaborating with Solution and Technical Architects on implementation plans, overseeing analyst development, supporting project managers, and developing delivery standards for ServiceNow solutions.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a client-facing technical consultant customizing and deploying packaged software as a billable resource
- • In-depth functional expertise and leadership in the ServiceNow HRSD suite of products
- • Strong knowledge of business process architecture principles for cloud-based platforms
- • Strong interpersonal, organization, facilitation, and presentation skills
- • Ability to assess and mitigate risk
- • Effective facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills with ability to motivate a team
- • Strong problem-solving skills: ability to simplify complex situations
- • BSC in CS, IT or similar technical discipline or equivalent experience
- • ServiceNow HRSD Certification
