📋 Description

• • As an HR Technology & Candidate Engagement Advisor at SSM Health Care Corporation, you will sit at the intersection of people, process, and technology to drive smarter, more connected experiences for candidates, recruiters, and hiring leaders, directly supporting the organization’s talent acquisition and workforce strategy goals.
• • Day to day, you will optimize applicant workflows across CMS, CRM, and ATS systems; develop and maintain CRM engagement frameworks and templates; create proactive engagement cadences by job family and market; identify sourcing best practices; leverage recruitment marketing vendors; implement data-driven requisition strategies for high-volume roles; collaborate with marketing on employer branding; and provide system guidance to stakeholders.
