- • Lead and execute complex, high-impact HR transformation initiatives across a global enterprise, aligning with strategic business goals and modernizing HR operations.
- • Serve as a strategic thought partner to HR Centers of Excellence, HR Technology, business leaders, and HR business partners on innovation, digital HR trends, service delivery models, and the future of work.
- • Shape and prioritize HR transformation roadmaps by integrating operational, analytics, and talent implications to drive efficiency, agility, and enhanced employee experience.
- • Recommend and implement modernization, simplification, and automation opportunities, including AI and digital solutions, to scale HR impact across the organization.
- • Own end-to-end delivery of multi-year global HR transformation projects—from planning and design through execution, monitoring, and sustainment.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to senior HR and business leaders, providing data-driven insights on transformation progress, risks, and strategic implications to resolve complex HR challenges.
- • Partner with cross-functional workstreams to co-create and manage project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics aligned with HR and business strategies.
- • Oversee complex, multi-function, multi-geography workstreams, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and accountability across global and virtual teams.
- • Apply project management best practices (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) to drive progress, mitigate risks, and ensure accountability at every stage of transformation initiatives.
- • Establish and manage project governance frameworks, including steering committees, status reporting, and performance metrics to track initiative success.
- • Facilitate cross-functional workshops, design sessions, and retrospectives to foster alignment, surface interdependencies, and accelerate decision-making.
- • Partner with HR leadership to identify transformation priorities and ensure strategic alignment across the organization.
- • Identify required process, behavioral, capability, and technology shifts, and collaborate with Change Management to develop communications, training, readiness, and adoption plans.
- • Integrate change activities across all workstreams and time them appropriately for stakeholder readiness and adoption.
- • Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence within global project teams.
- • Mentor and provide leadership to project team members and workstream leads to build internal project management capabilities within HR.
- • Partner with HR Analytics & Insights to embed KPIs, dashboards, and measurement frameworks into transformation initiatives to quantify impact.
- • Present concise, data-driven updates and insights to executive stakeholders and governance bodies.
- • Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and resource planning to ensure effective use of organizational investments.
🎯 Requirements
- • Doctorate degree and 2 years of HR project management or HR transformation experience OR Master’s degree and 4 years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience OR Associate’s degree and 10 years of experience OR High school diploma/GED and 12 years of HR project management or HR transformation experience
- • 5+ years of project management experience supporting a multinational organization
- • Experience consulting (internal or external) in HR transformation, AI-first digital transformations, operating model design, or process optimization for large and/or global enterprises
- • Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet and MS Project
- • Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Orgvue, and Visier
- • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction in a rapidly changing, high-demand environment
