- • As an HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Aircall Inc., you will play a pivotal role in aligning people strategy with business objectives to support the company’s rapid growth and AI-driven innovation across global teams.
- • Day to day, you will partner with managers and leaders in Seattle and across North America to provide HR guidance on performance management, employee relations, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness, while ensuring compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
- • You will join a dynamic, product-driven HR team within a fast-scaling unicorn company headquartered in Paris with a strong North American HQ in Seattle, where collaboration, ownership, and data-informed decision-making are core to how we work.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in strategic HR partnership within a high-growth tech environment, gain exposure to global HR practices across multiple regions, and drive measurable impact on employee experience, retention, and organizational agility.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, scaling technology or SaaS environment.
- • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations, with experience managing employee relations, performance cycles, and compliance matters.
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels, including leadership.
- • Experience supporting talent development, workforce planning, and organizational design initiatives.
- • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and HR analytics to support data-driven decisions.
- • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, ambiguous, and fast-moving environment with a bias for action and ownership mindset.
