- • Own the global HRBP mandate for Vestiaire Collective, a certified B-Corp and the world’s leading marketplace for pre-loved luxury fashion. You will sit at the intersection of people strategy and commercial growth, translating ambitious business goals into a coherent people agenda that spans seven offices, four continents and 700+ employees from 50+ nationalities.
- • Lead, mentor and scale a high-performing HRBP pod that currently supports Commercial & Marketing, with a mandate to expand to other business units. You will set the vision, define operating rhythms and quality standards, and coach your team to become trusted advisors who can diagnose organisational pain-points and co-create solutions with ExCom members.
- • Act as the primary HR thought-partner to the Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and their VPs. From headcount planning and org design to succession pipelines and leadership capability building, you will embed yourself in quarterly OKR cycles, board packs and investor updates to ensure people metrics move in lock-step with revenue and brand KPIs.
- • Architect and continuously iterate our global people policies, employee experience journeys and HR tech stack. You will own the roadmap for performance, compensation, DEI and employee listening programmes, ensuring every policy is legally compliant in France, the UK, the US and APAC while still feeling unmistakably “Vestiaire” in tone and activism.
- • Drive large-scale change management for strategic initiatives such as hybrid-work evolution, post-merger integrations, market entries and product-led growth pivots. You will design communication strategies, craft leadership narratives and build adoption metrics so that transformation lands with empathy and sticks for the long term.
- • Champion fairness and performance excellence across the organisation. You will steward our bi-annual performance and compensation cycles, calibrate ratings with ExCom, and ensure pay equity analyses feed directly into reward decisions. Your dashboards will be the single source of truth that guides promotions, retention levers and high-potential identification.
- • Coach and upskill senior leaders on decision-making, difficult conversations, psychological safety and inclusive leadership. You will facilitate off-sites, design 360° feedback loops and run action-learning labs that turn our top 60 directors into culture carriers who scale Vestiaire’s values of Activism, Transparency, Dedication and Collective Greatness.
- • Embed data-driven rigour into every people conversation. Whether it is attrition heat-maps, engagement regression analyses or cost-to-hire ROI, you will translate numbers into stories that influence budget owners and unlock resources for talent interventions.
- • Protect and evolve our culture as we double in size. You will partner with Internal Comms and the Culture Squad to curate rituals, recognition schemes and activism days that keep the entrepreneurial spirit alive while embracing the operational discipline required of a soon-to-be public company.
- • Model inclusive leadership and be a visible advocate for under-represented groups. You will sponsor employee resource groups, co-chair the DEI Council and ensure our hiring, promotion and retention practices set new benchmarks for the fashion-tech sector.
