📋 Description

• As a Ruby Software Engineer focused on AI, you will help train large language models to write production-grade code by evaluating, refining, and providing feedback on AI-generated code across multiple programming languages.
• Your day-to-day work will involve comparing and ranking code snippets, repairing and refactoring AI-generated output for correctness and efficiency, and injecting detailed feedback into the RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) pipeline to improve model performance.
• You’ll join G2i Inc., a fully remote company connecting top technical talent with mission-driven projects, where your expertise directly shapes how AI understands and generates reliable, production-ready code.
• In this role, you’ll deepen your skills in AI-assisted development, gain hands-on experience with RLHF pipelines, and become a key contributor to the evolution of code-generating AI systems — all while working autonomously in a flexible, asynchronous environment.
