- • The HRIS Analyst at LKQ Corporation plays a critical role in optimizing human resources information systems to streamline processes, enhance data accuracy, and support the organization’s overall HR strategy, ensuring technology enables efficient and effective HR operations.
- • Day to day, the person will participate in HRIS project planning and execution, translate business objectives into system requirements, evaluate and improve system workflows and data flows, configure and maintain Workday to align with evolving HR processes, collaborate on system enhancements, conduct testing and UAT support, ensure data integrity through audits and validation, maintain process documentation, and serve as a Workday platform resource by researching technology needs and delivering solutions for operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, human resources, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- • 3+ years’ experience using the Workday platform including implementation, configuration, reporting, security, integrations, and business process optimization.
- • Experience supporting and configuring an HCM SaaS system.
- • Understanding of Workday modules, data structure, security model, and configuration options.
- • Ability to configure and customize Workday modules to align with organizational processes, such as defining custom fields, business processes, and workflows.
- • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into business solutions.
