- • As an HRIS Analyst at Getty Images, you will be instrumental in shaping and maintaining the backbone of our global Human Resources operations. This pivotal role involves the evaluation, analysis, configuration, design, and ongoing maintenance of our critical HR systems and related business platforms, with a primary focus on Workday.
- • You will be a key guardian of our HRIS data, ensuring its accuracy, integrity, and compliance. This includes managing and optimizing Workday across its various modules such as Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, and Time Tracking, as well as overseeing related integrations.

- • Sitting within the HR Operations team, you will collaborate extensively with colleagues across HR, Finance, and IT.
