- • As the HRIS Manager at Globalization Partners, Inc. (G-P), you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the strategy for our global People Systems. This pivotal role involves a comprehensive assessment of our current HRIS landscape against evolving business needs, leading the implementation of new systems, and driving enhancements to existing ones. Your expertise will ensure our technological infrastructure robustly supports our growing global workforce, enabling seamless HR operations worldwide.
- • You will provide expert technical guidance and champion a data-led strategy, empowering your team of HRIS Analysts to streamline complex global workflows. A key focus will be on maintaining an HR technology environment that is not only agile and efficient but also secure and prepared for future challenges.
- • A significant aspect of your role will be to manage, build, develop, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of HRIS Analysts. You will foster an environment of continuous learning and professional growth, ensuring your team is equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel.
- • You will conduct thorough assessments of organizational needs and the current People Systems (HRIS) ecosystem, making strategic recommendations for improvements and the overall integration of HR technology.
- • Oversee the evaluation and selection of any proposed new HRIS tools or technologies, providing expert recommendations for their support, integration, and successful deployment across the organization.
- • Take ownership of the deployment of any new HRIS solutions, ensuring their seamless integration and optimal functionality, while also guaranteeing the peak performance of existing HRIS within the broader ecosystem.
- • Collaborate closely with the People Team and various cross-functional stakeholders to identify critical areas for improvement or enhancement within existing systems. You will prioritize these initiatives based on strategic business needs and guide the HRIS team in implementing effective solutions, adeptly reprioritizing resources as required.
- • Act as a key liaison with G-P’s IT team(s) to ensure complete alignment between the HRIS strategy and the overall company IT strategy, fostering a unified technological approach.
- • Standardize the HRIS ticketing lifecycle, defining and meticulously monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to guarantee the business receives timely, accurate, and high-quality support. You will also develop and maintain standard reports, queries, and custom reports on an ad-hoc basis to meet the dynamic needs of the People Team and the wider organization.
- • Enhance existing procedures and establish new best practices for updating, validating, and correcting employee records and other critical HR data within Workday and its integrated touchpoints, such as ADP Third Party Payroll.
- • Implement and maintain robust best practices for HRIS permissions and access controls, ensuring strict compliance with data security and privacy regulations, with a particular emphasis on policies like GDPR. Leverage best practices to establish and maintain strong governance over Workday and other HRIS platforms.
- • Manage the creation and maintenance of comprehensive systems documentation and develop effective training programs for End Users across G-P, including the People Team, managers, and employees.
- • Oversee the daily workflow of the HRIS team, providing essential support for Workday and the entire HRIS ecosystem. You will offer constructive and timely feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and actively participate in recruiting efforts, hiring, and training new staff as needed.
- • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HRIS function, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure G-P remains at the forefront of HR technology solutions.
- • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all HR systems, implementing rigorous data validation processes and audits to maintain the highest standards of data quality.
- • Contribute to the strategic planning of the People Systems roadmap, aligning technology investments with long-term business objectives and growth strategies.
- • Foster strong relationships with HRIS vendors and partners, managing contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
- • Champion the adoption and effective utilization of HRIS tools across the organization through clear communication and user support.
- • Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making for the People Team and executive leadership.
- • Ensure the HRIS systems are scalable and adaptable to support G-P's rapid global expansion and evolving business needs.
- • Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans for critical HRIS data and systems.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of global HR compliance requirements and ensure the HRIS systems support adherence to these regulations.
- • Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with HRIS implementation, maintenance, and data management.
- • Lead change management efforts related to HRIS implementations and updates, ensuring smooth transitions for all stakeholders.
- • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices within the HRIS function and the broader People Team.
