  • • As a Workday Analyst at Trimble Inc., you will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency, functionality, and user experience of Trimble’s global Workday HRIS platform, directly supporting the company’s mission to empower its workforce through reliable, scalable people systems.
  • • You will serve as a key technical contributor in maintaining and advancing Workday configurations, ensuring data integrity, system performance, and alignment with business needs across a multicultural, globally distributed organization.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include independently leading technically advanced Workday configuration projects, gathering and documenting stakeholder requirements, communicating project status clearly, and escalating to senior SMEs when needed.
  • • You will design and execute end-to-end test scripts for new configurations and releases, applying big-picture thinking to ensure seamless integration within Trimble’s broader technical ecosystem and minimizing disruption during updates.
  • • You will support the global ticketing system by troubleshooting user issues, processing PX (People Experience) requests, and providing timely resolutions to stakeholders across regions, ensuring consistent service delivery.
  • • You will assist in testing new Workday functionality and regular release updates, validating changes against business requirements and documenting outcomes for compliance and audit readiness.

  • • You will utilize Workday Docs to create, manage, and publish user guides and training materials, enhancing user adoption and reducing support burden.
  • • You will demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills while managing multiple priorities, meeting tight deadlines, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional, multicultural teams.
  • • You will have the opportunity to grow your technical and functional expertise in one of the leading enterprise HRIS platforms, positioning yourself for advancement into senior HRIS, HR technology, or People Systems leadership roles within Trimble’s global organization.
  • • You will contribute to Trimble’s culture of Belong, Grow, and Innovate by bringing your unique perspective to a values-driven team that prioritizes inclusion, continuous learning, and innovative problem-solving in HR technology.
