• • As an HRIS Specialist at Vantage Data Centers, you will be an integral part of the People & Culture (P&C) team, playing a crucial role in the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our global HR Information System (HRIS), with a primary focus on Workday.
• • This remote position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to an exceptional employee experience, from the initial application stage through to an employee's alumni status, by ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and security of our people data.
• • You will be the go-to expert for HRIS-related inquiries, providing first-level support and troubleshooting for system users, and escalating complex issues to ensure timely resolution.
• • Your responsibilities will include supporting stakeholders in processing critical employee data changes, managing position updates, and facilitating organizational structure adjustments within Workday, ensuring seamless HR operations.
• • A key aspect of this role involves identifying and implementing opportunities for process streamlining and workflow optimization through system enhancements and automation, driving efficiency within the P&C department.
• • You will actively participate in the configuration, rigorous testing, and successful implementation of system updates, including bi-annual Workday releases and other system enhancements, ensuring our HRIS remains cutting-edge.
• • Your input and recommendations will be vital in tailoring system configurations to precisely meet the evolving business needs of Vantage Data Centers.
• • You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining comprehensive user guides, detailed process documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all HRIS functions, empowering users with clear guidance.
• • Providing essential end-user guidance and training on HRIS functionality will be a core duty, ensuring all employees can effectively utilize the system.
• • You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders across the organization to foster the efficient and effective use of our HR technology stack.
• • A significant part of your role will involve generating a variety of reports, from standard operational reports to complex ad-hoc analyses, to support the P&C team, payroll, and other internal stakeholders.
• • Ensuring the accuracy of all generated reports and maintaining strict compliance with user-specific access controls will be paramount to data security and integrity.
• • You will conduct routine audits of HRIS data, performing necessary updates and corrections to uphold data integrity, ensure compliance with company policies, and align with overarching organizational goals.
• • Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze HR data and derive actionable insights will be crucial for informing strategic decision-making within the People & Culture function.
• • Maintaining the utmost confidentiality and security of all employee data, adhering strictly to company policies and relevant data protection regulations, is a non-negotiable aspect of this position.
• • You will provide essential support for internal and external audits, as well as compliance reporting, ensuring Vantage Data Centers meets all regulatory requirements.
• • This role will involve actively assisting with various HRIS-related projects, including system implementations, major upgrades, and integrations with other critical business systems.
• • You will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on special projects, lending your HRIS expertise and providing dedicated support to ensure project success.
• • Supporting change management initiatives will be key, including effectively communicating system changes and updates to end-users to ensure smooth transitions and adoption.
