- • Manage and maintain HubSpot instances across Marketing, Operations, and Sales hubs for multiple client accounts serving nonprofits, trade associations, healthcare organizations, and education groups
- • Build, optimize, and troubleshoot automated workflows, email campaigns, and lead scoring systems within HubSpot
- • Create and maintain reporting dashboards to provide clients with clear, actionable insights into marketing and sales performance
- • Ensure consistent data hygiene by cleaning, organizing, and validating client data within HubSpot to maintain system integrity
- • Support client onboarding and migration processes as new organizations are integrated into HubSpot
- • Configure and troubleshoot integrations between HubSpot and adjacent tools such as CRMs, Zapier/Make, GA4, and CMS platforms
- • Build and manage landing pages, forms, and CMS content to support client marketing initiatives
- • Participate in client calls to explain technical implementations, demonstrate results, and translate platform functionality into clear, non-technical value
- • Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to align HubSpot configurations with client goals and quality standards
- • Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines across several client accounts while maintaining high accuracy and timely delivery
- • Work within a structured daily schedule aligned with US Eastern business hours: 9:30am–2:00pm (PHT) and 8:00pm–12:30am (PHT), with a long midday break
- • Operate in a work-from-home environment with a target of 42.5 billable hours per week
- • Adapt to evolving systems, processes, and client needs in a fast-paced, growing agency environment

🎯 Requirements
- • Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role
- • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
- • Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field
- • Hands-on experience with HubSpot in at least one hub (Marketing, Operations, or Sales)
- • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines
- • Comfortable joining client calls to explain technical work in clear, non-technical terms
