• • As a HubSpot Specialist at AMBOSS Technologies Inc., you will be the technical heartbeat of the CRM portal, turning strategic goals into functional workflows, clean data, and seamless user experiences for global teams in Sales, Marketing, and Accounting.
• • Day to day, you will support portal governance by managing HubSpot administration, user permissions, and system health; execute the roadmap by building complex workflows, custom properties, and automated sequences; manage independent projects end-to-end; streamline operations through data-driven audits and optimizations; enable teams via training and documentation; bridge departments to align HubSpot with KPIs; master data flow through clean-ups and monitoring; drive transparency with reporting processes; and stay ahead of HubSpot updates by testing and advocating for valuable new features.
