- • As a HubSpot Systems & Revenue Operations Specialist at NeuroNav, you will own and optimize the company’s HubSpot ecosystem end-to-end, directly enabling operational excellence that accelerates access to life-changing services for individuals with developmental disabilities through the Self-Determination Program.
- • Your daily work will involve building, troubleshooting, and maintaining HubSpot workflows, automations, pipelines, and integrations across Sales, Client Services, Support, and Finance, ensuring data integrity and system reliability while leading targeted enhancements in time tracking and invoicing.
- • You will partner closely with Finance to reconcile CRM data with QuickBooks, validate reporting accuracy, and maintain audit-ready financial records, making revenue accuracy a core KPI of your role.
- • You will build and maintain leadership-facing dashboards that track key performance metrics across revenue, lifecycle stages, and support operations, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
- • You will train and enable team members — especially those from social work backgrounds — on HubSpot best practices, onboard new hires, and maintain clear process documentation to foster system adoption and confidence.
- • You will join a mission-driven, remote-first team at NeuroNav, a Stanford-founded organization scaling rapidly to improve access to disability services, where your technical work directly impacts families’ ability to live more independent, fulfilling lives.
- • Through your ownership of system optimization and proactive problem-solving, you will help scale a flawless tech-enabled services model, reducing friction in service delivery and increasing trust in NeuroNav’s operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4–6+ years of experience in HubSpot administration, revenue operations, or CRM systems roles
- • 3+ years of hands-on experience building, troubleshooting, and optimizing HubSpot workflows, automations, and integrations
- • Proven experience managing integrations with QuickBooks, APIs, Zapier, SMS tools, and/or Commerce Hub invoicing workflows
- • Exceptional attention to detail with a bias toward clean, scalable data architecture and comfort reconciling CRM data with finance systems
- • Strong communication skills and patience for training non-technical team members, particularly those from social work or human services backgrounds
- • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment while staying embedded in team rhythms like Slack and standups
