- • As a Senior Account Manager at Jellyfish, you will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise and scale clients, managing end-to-end client relationships while driving strategic growth and operational excellence in a fixed-term 6-month contract covering maternity leave.
- • You will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, aligning Jellyfish’s digital marketing solutions with business objectives, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring seamless delivery through cross-functional collaboration and proactive innovation.
- • Jellyfish is a global digital marketing agency that blends technology, creativity, media, and data expertise to empower clients’ digital journeys, fostering an inclusive culture where diverse perspectives fuel innovation and challenge industry norms.
- • You will collaborate with specialists across tech, creative, and media teams to execute campaigns, maintain client health metrics, and uphold high standards in briefing, reporting, and campaign activation using Google Marketing Platform tools.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise account management within a leading global agency, sharpen your strategic advisory skills, and gain hands-on experience driving ROI through data-informed media strategies across programmatic, search, analytics, and social channels.
- • You will develop leadership capabilities in client advocacy, strategic planning, and cross-functional influence while contributing to a workplace that values growth, flexibility, and personal fulfilment alongside business success.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in account or client management within an agency environment, specifically working with B2B clients.
- • Strong understanding of Google Marketing Platform tools (DV360, SA360, Google Ads, GA360) from a strategic and planning perspective, including the ability to translate client objectives into media briefs.
- • Proficiency in using Google Analytics and similar platforms to analyse performance, optimise campaigns, and demonstrate ROI to clients.
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver clear, persuasive recommendations to both clients and internal teams.
- • Strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities, with a focus on anticipating client needs and driving account growth.
- • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work, including maintaining accurate client data in Salesforce.
