- • As Head of Financial Institutions at Elliptic Enterprises Limited, you will serve as the leading subject matter expert and strategic advisor on how traditional financial institutions adopt digital assets, directly shaping the company’s approach to serving institutional clients and positioning Elliptic as the trusted advisor in the digital asset space for regulated finance.
- • You will drive strategic engagement and revenue growth with banks, asset managers, and financial institutions, influence enterprise product roadmaps by championing institutional needs, and cultivate executive-level relationships to ensure solutions align with regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
- • You’ll join a highly collaborative global team of subject matter experts across legal, regulatory, compliance, and technical domains, exchanging insights and co-developing strategic guidance to deliver best-in-class solutions for institutional clients navigating the digital asset ecosystem.
- • In this leadership role, you will deepen Elliptic’s thought leadership and voice of authority within the financial services industry by creating authoritative content, representing the company at industry conferences and regulatory forums, and advising on regulatory developments affecting institutional digital asset strategies.
- • You will support business development and enterprise sales processes with deep financial services expertise, collaborate with product and engineering teams to guide institutional client requirements, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives that accelerate adoption of digital asset solutions within traditional finance.
- • Build and maintain your professional profile through speaking engagements, social media presence, and industry networking, while leveraging your 10+ years of senior financial services experience in banking, capital markets, payments, or financial services to deliver measurable outcomes and strengthen Elliptic’s impact across the financial services sector.
🎯 Requirements
- • Senior financial services expertise: 10+ years of experience in banking, capital markets, payments, or financial services with deep subject matter knowledge
- • Institutional client experience: Deep understanding of how digital assets integrate with traditional finance systems and institutional requirements
- • Strategic advisory skills: Proven ability to provide strategic counsel, influence cross-functional initiatives, and drive business outcomes
- • Collaborative mindset: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including fellow subject matter experts, to deliver integrated insights and solutions for institutional clients
- • Content creation and thought leadership: Demonstrated ability to create compelling, authoritative content and establish industry thought leadership
- • Executive presence: Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage C-level executives and senior stakeholders across financial institutions
