- • Support the full end-to-end recruitment process for product, engineering, and business roles at A1, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
- • Source qualified candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and proactive outreach.
- • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate basic role fit, motivation, and communication skills.
- • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely and accurate logistics across time zones.
- • Collect, organize, and document candidate feedback from interviewers to inform hiring decisions and maintain process consistency.
- • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with recruiting workflows.
- • Assist in executing recruiting projects focused on improving candidate experience and strengthening employer branding initiatives.
- • Help streamline and optimize recruiting operations as the team scales, identifying inefficiencies and implementing practical solutions.
- • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure hiring pipelines remain active, responsive, and aligned with business needs.
- • Track recruitment metrics and reporting needs as required, contributing to data-driven improvements in hiring efficiency.
- • Adapt quickly to evolving hiring priorities and support urgent hiring needs across technical and non-technical roles.
- • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by actively seeking feedback and applying it to improve sourcing and screening techniques.
- • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and communication with all candidates, reflecting A1’s commitment to a positive candidate experience.
- • Ensure all recruiting activities adhere to internal processes and legal compliance standards for hiring practices.
- • Participate in team meetings to share insights, update hiring status, and align on recruitment strategy and priorities.
- • Support onboarding coordination by preparing documentation and communicating with new hires prior to their start date.
- • Remain agile in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift rapidly and execution speed is critical.
🎯 Requirements
- • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong interest in recruiting are welcome)
- • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- • Clear written and verbal communication skills
- • Comfort working with Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems
- • Proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback
- • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably
