This remote position offers a unique opportunity to be a pivotal force in shaping our organizational culture and driving business success through innovative people-centric solutions. As an HRBP, you will be instrumental in collaborating with business leaders and employees to develop and execute HR strategies that directly align with our overarching business objectives, fostering an environment where our people can thrive and contribute to their fullest potential.
- • You will be at the forefront of solving complex organizational challenges by leveraging people-related strategies. This involves partnering with a diverse group of subject-matter experts across various functions to design and implement comprehensive strategies for staffing, onboarding, employee development, motivation, retention, and work organization. Your role will be crucial in creating and refining existing programs that support both our people managers and individual contributors, ensuring that Nexxen's people practices are best-in-class and aligned with our core values – Customer Centric, Curious Mindset, and Collaborative with No Ego.
- • A key aspect of this role involves building strong, trusted relationships with business leaders. You will act as a thought leader, providing strategic guidance on organizational design, talent management, and people-related execution. This includes proactively identifying opportunities to enhance organizational health and employee engagement through insightful analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data. You will be adept at surfacing trends, understanding when data can inform critical decisions, and translating complex analyses into actionable insights that directly support business priorities.
- • Problem-solving is at the heart of this position. You will be expected to identify the root cause of issues and design and implement swift, effective solutions that may span multiple disciplines, extending beyond traditional HR functions. Your ability to think critically and creatively will be essential in navigating the complexities of a rapidly evolving industry.
- • You will provide expert consultation and support across a broad spectrum of HR domains, including but not limited to: career pathing and development, performance management, executive coaching, data analytics for HR initiatives, compensation and rewards strategies, employee relations, learning and development programs, recognition initiatives, and strategic workforce planning. Your commitment to providing white-glove customer service to all levels of Nexxen employees will be paramount.
- • Driving cyclical HR processes within your assigned business areas will be a core responsibility. This includes ensuring global consistency in the execution of these processes, working collaboratively with other regional business partners. You will also be responsible for staying abreast of best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes in HR and employment law relevant to our business areas and jurisdictions, proactively recommending adjustments to policies and practices to maintain compliance and foster a positive work environment.
- • A significant part of your role will involve overseeing employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and conducting thorough internal investigations. You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive summaries of findings and providing well-reasoned recommendations on outcomes, ensuring fairness and adherence to company policy and legal requirements.
- • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and employment law is crucial. This continuous learning will enable you to provide the most effective guidance and support to the business.
- • You will foster strong, collaborative partnerships with internal HR stakeholders, including centers of excellence and other HRBPs, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to people management across the organization. Your ability to work independently while also being a strong team player will be key to your success in this role.
- • This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact the employee experience at Nexxen, contributing to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the AdTech space. You will be a trusted advisor, a strategic partner, and a champion for our people.
