📋 Description
- • A strategic Human Resources Business Partner Manager role at Acxiom LLC, responsible for aligning HR strategies with organizational goals and serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design; managing complex employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with employment laws; driving performance management processes and supporting leadership development initiatives; leading change management efforts such as restructuring and process improvements; and advising on compensation strategies and reward programs to retain top talent.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent relevant HR work experience.
- • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including direct HR business partner or strategic HR leadership experience.
- • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, organizational development, and talent management.
- • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate, matrixed environment.
- • Proven success in employee relations, change management, and workforce planning.
- • Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
- • Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
