📋 Description

  • Strategic HR leadership role serving as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team, driving people strategy and organizational growth
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing all HR operations (payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations), partnering with business leaders to scale HR practices, leading culture and engagement initiatives, leveraging HR analytics and AI tools for data-driven decisions, managing external HR vendors, and ensuring compliance across all jurisdictions

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Strong background in compliance, payroll, benefits, and employee relations
  • Experience partnering closely with executive and senior leadership
  • Ability to operate with autonomy while collaborating across functions
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience leveraging HR metrics and insights
  • Strong communication, judgment, and decision‑making skills
