Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the entire employee lifecycle—from first hello to final farewell—while simultaneously safeguarding the financial heartbeat of a fast-growing portfolio company. You will architect global hiring strategies that attract top-tier talent, design friction-free onboarding that turns new hires into high-impact contributors within days, and maintain a living talent pipeline that anticipates every upcoming project need.
- • Act as the strategic bridge between Delivery, PMO, and Finance, translating project forecasts into precise resource plans. You will monitor real-time utilization rates, flag impending bench or overload situations, and orchestrate seamless redeployments that keep billability above target and morale high.
- • Champion data-driven workforce health. Run weekly audits of timesheet compliance, workload balance, and overtime trends; surface actionable insights that prevent burnout and protect margins. Your dashboards will become the single source of truth for Delivery VPs and the CFO alike.
- • Lead performance management end-to-end: calibrate goal-setting cycles, coach managers on candid feedback, and curate individualized development paths that turn high-potential employees into future team leads. You will design and facilitate quarterly engagement surveys, pulse checks, and virtual culture events that keep a distributed team feeling like one tight-knit tribe.
- • Guard the company’s reputation and legal standing by owning HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Draft and update policies, conduct training on DEI, harassment prevention, and data privacy, and maintain meticulous documentation that passes every audit with flying colors.
- • Strengthen internal communications by crafting newsletters, Slack rituals, and all-hands agendas that celebrate wins, spotlight values in action, and broadcast strategic priorities. Your voice will be the connective tissue between leadership vision and frontline reality.
- • Serve as the billing quarterback, ensuring every hour worked is accurately captured, every contract clause honored, and every invoice issued on time. You will reconcile timesheets against project codes, validate rates, and partner with Accounts Receivable to accelerate cash collection.
- • Monitor project budgets and burn rates daily; build dynamic forecasting models that predict runway, flag scope creep, and trigger early-warning alerts before margins erode. You will present findings in concise CFO-ready briefs that drive decisive action.
- • Track utilization, billability, and realization metrics by individual, team, and client. Identify underperforming accounts, propose pricing adjustments, and partner with Delivery to rebalance staffing for maximum profitability.
- • Support month-end financial close by validating expense reports, amortizing prepaid assets, and maintaining an auditable trail of every dollar spent. Your spreadsheets will be so clean that auditors will smile.
- • Maintain a living inventory of laptops, licenses, and cloud resources; negotiate vendor renewals, forecast replacement cycles, and ensure every employee has secure, compliant gear on day one.
- • Develop and document billing SOPs that scale: create templates, checklists, and training modules that empower future team members to hit the ground running without missing a penny.
- • Finally, embody the company’s core values in every interaction—whether you’re mediating a conflict, celebrating a promotion, or challenging a forecast assumption. Your integrity, curiosity, and bias for action will set the cultural tone for the entire organization.
