  • • As a Human Resources Generalist II at Dtna, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and productive work environment by upholding strong employee relations, driving engagement initiatives, and meticulously maintaining HR processes and procedures that ensure seamless communication across the organization.
  • • This dynamic position offers a unique opportunity to serve as a trusted consultant to operations leaders and personnel, providing expert guidance on a wide spectrum of HR matters. Your counsel will encompass areas such as employee relations, the interpretation and application of company policies and procedures, comprehensive benefits administration, competitive compensation strategies, and effective staffing solutions.
  • • You will be instrumental in supporting the employee lifecycle, from initial onboarding to ongoing HR support. This includes assisting with the smooth integration of new hires, diligently administering our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and efficiency, and actively partnering with the broader HR team to successfully implement both localized and company-wide HR programs and initiatives.
  • • Beyond day-to-day operations, this role involves active participation in strategic HR projects. You will be responsible for compiling critical HR data, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and generating insightful reports as required, providing valuable data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

  • • Depending on project needs and organizational priorities, you may be called upon to lead specific HR projects or processes. This could include coordinating external job fairs and recruitment events, facilitating the internal job bid system, or contributing to the administration and analysis of employee engagement surveys.
  • • You will manage the employee uniform service enrollment process for plant shop employees, ensuring a streamlined and efficient experience for this employee group.
  • • This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices and a commitment to continuous improvement in all HR functions.
  • • You will contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies that support the company's overall business goals and values.
  • • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and data handling is paramount.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
  • • 2-4 years of working knowledge and expanded professional experience in HR, with a strong understanding of core HR functions.
  • • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF Statements), Database management, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • • High-level customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and adherence to privacy requirements.
  • • Ability to work independently within established guidelines and policies to solve problems of moderate complexity, coupled with strong prioritization skills, attention to detail, and developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • • Knowledgeable of federal and state employment laws, with demonstrated experience in employee engagement and maintaining processes that facilitate communication.
  • • Experience maintaining composure under pressure, including the ability to meet tight deadlines.
