- ⢠The Human Resources Intern role supports the HR department by providing administrative and operational assistance to gain hands-on experience in HR functions while contributing to planned initiatives.
- ⢠Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating interviews, managing schedules, communicating with candidates and hiring managers, supporting recruitment administration, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, managing HR tickets, preparing HR reports, tracking metrics, supporting employee programs, and conducting HR research.
- ⢠The role is part of the Corporate department within the Human Resources team at Center for Internet Security, Inc., reporting to the Human Resources Manager, and contributes to the organizationās mission of making the connected world a safer place.
- ⢠The intern will learn various HR functions, gain experience with HRIS and electronic platforms, develop administrative and interpersonal skills, and build foundational knowledge in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠2 years of study in Human Resources or Business Management
- ⢠Strong administrative skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ⢠Ability to handle confidential employee information
- ⢠Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor with focus on customer service
- ⢠Must be authorized to work in the United States
