- • Support members during Humana’s Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) by processing applications and enrolling them on company platforms.
- • Transmit enrollment information accurately to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in compliance with federal regulations.
- • Perform administrative, clerical, and operational tasks including reviewing reports and making adjustments, additions, or deletions based on CMS guidelines.
- • Resolve member inquiries, issues, and concerns with empathy and a customer-focused approach.
- • Handle 20–30 inbound calls per day from potential members, agents, and providers to answer questions and resolve enrollment-related issues.
- • Update or correct application information to ensure seamless system integration and prevent gaps in member care access.
- • Collaborate with agents to identify and fix incomplete or incorrectly completed applications.
- • Work in a results-oriented production environment requiring multitasking and simultaneous use of multiple computer applications.
- • Maintain strict attention to detail when handling sensitive personal and confidential member data.
- • Complete a 100% virtual training program lasting 4–6 weeks, with mandatory attendance during scheduled hours (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday).
- • After training, work shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, including weekend availability as needed.
- • Operate from a dedicated, secure home workspace with a minimum internet connection speed of 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload.
- • Adhere to CMS requirements, including having an established credit history verified through Experian for access to Medicare eligibility systems.
- • Opportunities exist for overtime hours based on business needs.
- • Seasonal assignments typically last 60 to 180 days, with potential for cross-training and future full-time consideration.
- • Work a scheduled 40 hours per week during the seasonal term.

- • Experience using multiple computer applications and performing multiple tasks simultaneously in a production-based environment
