📋 Description

• Clinically review and prescribe cannabis-based medicinal products (CBMPs) to patients who have exhausted other treatment options.
• Manage a complex and high-need patient caseload with a focus on improving quality of life through personalized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical support and guidance to the dispensary team to ensure accurate and safe medication dispensing.
• Contribute to patient and staff education on CBMPs, treatment protocols, and therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver integrated, patient-centered care.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) standards.
• Work in a dynamic, evolving clinical environment where processes are actively being developed and refined.
• Engage in continuous professional development through structured CBMP training provided by the organization.
• Represent Montu UK at industry events and contribute to internal and external knowledge sharing initiatives.
• Operate with autonomy and initiative in a fast-paced setting that values adaptability and clinical judgment over rigid processes.
• Prioritize patient outcomes above all else, taking complex cases seriously and ensuring compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Balance hybrid working arrangements with a committed London-based presence to support clinical operations and team collaboration.
• Participate in shaping the future of clinical workflows and patient care pathways within a growing digital health organization.
• Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in prescribing and patient interaction, recognizing the significance of CBMPs as a last-resort therapy.

🎯 Requirements

• GPhC registered pharmacist with a current Independent Prescriber qualification
• At least two years of prescribing experience
• Experience working in a clinical setting
• Genuine interest in patient outcomes, not just the subject matter of cannabis-based medicines
• Comfortable working at pace in an evolving, fast-changing environment
• Willingness to learn CBMPs through provided training (no prior CBMP knowledge required)
